Campers will participate in unique fiber arts projects in the morning and creative clay projects in the afternoon! If time allows, other mediums will be incorporated into our day. From sewing, embroidery, and loom weaving, to handmade clay sculptures, pinch pots, animal bowls and more, your campers will enjoy developing their imaginations while creating crafts your family will treasure for years to come! Campers may be given different project options based on their age/skill level. All materials are included! Most projects will come home with your camper that week, and some (like our clay projects) will need to be picked-up at a later date.

Note that all kids work at a different pace, and though we will have a number of projects planned, campers may go home with a different amount of finished pieces. Our goal is to allow room for creativity, with a focus on fun, and a quality over quantity mindset!

Campers must bring their own bagged lunch and refillable water bottle. Water refills are provided throughout the day. A midday lunch break will take place at Montgomery Park (weather permitting) between 12-1pm for lunch and playground time before beginning our afternoon crafts! Parents/Guardians must be comfortable with their camper walking approx. 5 minutes with the instructors and assistants to and from the park daily. Your child’s safety is our priority! The park is across the street and we will be using the crosswalk, sidewalk and the local walking path to get to and from the park. Campers must dress appropriately and wear comfortable clothes and shoes they do not mind getting messy, and can bring a smock to be left at the studio throughout the week (smocks are not provided). All campers are expected to adhere to our studio and camp policies throughout the day.

Parents/Guardians or designated pickup person must sign campers in and out daily at the front registration table. The inside studio space is for campers only and parents/guardians are asked to kindly remain outside at drop-off and pickup to allow space for campers to arrive and exit. Earlier drop-off and later pick-up is not offered, but can be arranged for an extra fee on a case by case basis. Campers who arrive earlier or are picked up later than the times below will incur an extra charge.

We currently can only accommodate campers with special needs or disabilities if discussed and arranged with the studio prior to registration, and the camper must be accompanied by an aide.

Contact Claybird Studio at info@claybirdstudio.com for additional info if needed.
