Cancellations are accepted according to the following refund schedule:

30+ days before the first day of camp
• 100% refund of tuition, minus a $20 administrative fee per registration

Less than 30 days before the first day of camp (and no less than 48 hours prior to first camp day)
• 50% refund of tuition, minus a $20 administrative fee per registration

No refunds within 48 hours of camp start date

Make-ups, refunds, credits, or prorated tuition are not available for missed camp days due to illness, travel, injury or other personal reasons.

If a camp week is canceled by the studio due to low enrollment, families will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund.

While we strive not to cancel any camp weeks less than 30 days prior to the start date, in a rare or extreme circumstance, camp may be canceled at any time before it begins. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
