🎉 Multi-Week Discount • Save $25 per additional week when enrolling the same camper in more than 1 week.

🎉 Sibling Discount • Save $25 per sibling, per week.

🎉 Refer-a-Friend Discount • Save $25 each when you refer a new camper. (New camper must not have attended Claybird Summer Art Camp in previous years. Referral discount is applied in the form of a refund once the new camper’s registration is complete).

🎉 Cash Discount (Venmo or Cash App accepted) • Save $25 when you pay cash through either Venmo or the Cash App. Registration must be made by calling Beth at 201-264-2815, and a credit card will be kept on file for security purposed and will not be charged unless cash payment is not received by the agreed upon time.

✨ Discount Policy

Early-Bird pricing may be combined with either the Multi-Week, Sibling, Refer-a-Friend or Cash discount. Additional discounts cannot be stacked or combined. One discount per registration.

✅ WHAT’S INCLUDED

All materials, kiln firings for clay projects, instruction, demonstrations, supervised lunch/recess break (for full day camp only), and a week full of creative expression!

Most projects go home at the end of the week. Kiln-fired clay pieces will be ready for pickup at a later date once firing is complete.

✅ LUNCH & OUTDOOR TIME (For Full-Day Camp Weeks Only)

Full-day campers must bring:

• A bagged lunch & snacks
• A refillable water bottle (water refills provided)

FOOD ALLERGY NOTE: Claybird Studio is NOT a nut-free facility. If your child has food or other allergies, please notify us at the time of registration so we can take reasonable precautions. Families of campers with severe or life-threatening allergies must contact us in advance to ensure we can properly plan and provide appropriate support. As we aim to take precautions where possible, we are not responsible for allergic reactions to food, materials or other unknowns.

For Full-Day Camp Weeks Only: Weather permitting, we will walk as a supervised group to Montgomery Park for a 1-hour lunch/recess break. The park is located across the street and we use crosswalks, sidewalks, and the walking path to ensure safety. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended.

✅ ACCESSIBILITY & SUPPORT

Claybird Studio is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all children. Because we are a small studio with limited staff, we ask that families contact us prior to registration if their child may need additional support to fully participate in camp activities. This allows us to thoughtfully determine whether we can safely and successfully accommodate their needs within our current structure. In some cases, an aide may be required to help ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone. Our intention is never to single anyone out, but to make sure each child is set up for success.

✅ DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Campers may be dropped off up to 15 minutes prior to the start of camp and picked up within 15 minutes after camp ends. Drop-off and pick-up take place at the front registration desk of the studio. To allow campers space to settle in and safely gather their belongings at the end of the day, the indoor studio space is reserved for campers and staff during camp hours. Campers must be signed in and out each day by a parent/guardian or authorized adult.

✅ CANCELLATION POLICY

30+ days before the first day of camp
• 100% refund of tuition, minus a $25 administrative fee per registration

Less than 30 days before the first day of camp (and no less than 48 hours prior to first camp day)
• 50% refund of tuition, minus a $25 administrative fee per registration

No refunds within 48 hours of camp start date

Make-ups, refunds, credits, or prorated tuition are not available for missed camp days due to illness, travel, injury or other personal reasons.
