CLAYBIRD STUDIO SUMMER ART CAMP 2026
A week of creativity, confidence, and hands-on making.
In today’s technology-driven world, campers experience the joy of creating with their own hands. At Claybird Studio, we provide a fun, safe, inclusive and encouraging environment where kids explore art through a variety of mediums and engaging materials, including (but not limited to) clay, fiber arts, painting, drawing, mosaic, and more!
Our goal is simple: creative freedom, confidence-building, and joyful self-expression.
Space is limited to keep our camp experience small, creative, and supportive.
-
Full-Day Art Camp (ages 7-12)
Our full-day campers will rotate through a variety of creative experiences throughout the week, engaging in hands-on projects using a range of art mediums designed to spark creativity and joy in every direction.
Multiple projects are planned weekly, and each child works at their own pace. Our focus is on the creative process, imagination, and having fun rather than the number of finished pieces.
Campers attending more than one week may revisit core projects. Repetition helps build artistic confidence while encouraging experimentation and unique creations!

Families of campers with severe or life-threatening allergies must contact us in advance to ensure we can properly plan and provide appropriate support.
For Full-Day Camp Weeks Only: Weather permitting, we will walk as a supervised group to Montgomery Park for a 1-hour lunch/recess break. The park is located across the street and we use crosswalks, sidewalks, and the walking path to ensure safety. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended.
ACCESSIBILITY & SUPPORT
Claybird Studio is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all children. Because we are a small studio with limited staff, we ask that families contact us prior to registration if their child may need additional support to fully participate in camp activities. This allows us to thoughtfully determine whether we can safely and successfully accommodate their needs within our current structure. In some cases, an aide may be required to help ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone. Our intention is never to single anyone out, but to make sure each child is set up for success.
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
Campers may be dropped off up to 15 minutes prior to the start of camp and picked up within 15 minutes after camp ends. Drop-off and pick-up take place at the front registration desk of the studio. To allow campers space to settle in and safely gather their belongings at the end of the day, the indoor studio space is reserved for campers and staff during camp hours. Campers must be signed in and out each day by a parent/guardian or authorized adult.
