I acknowledge and agree that myself, attending guests, and/or any minor who is attending as a registrant and/or any parent or guardian, are not permitted to take, and shall not take, any photographs, video, or other recordings of other attendees, children, staff, volunteers, or parents/guardians participating in the activities conducted by or with Claybird Studio, LLC without their express consent, and are not allowed to transmit, upload, or post such content online or electronically, including on social media sites, or use or publish such content in any non-personal media such as a book, video, film, television program or publicly viewable website. Upon Claybird Studio LLC’s request, I agree to delete and/or remove such content from any device, site, platform, or other media, if, in the Claybird Studio LLC’s sole and absolute discretion, such content and/or the manner in which it is presented violates the terms of this agreement, is objectionable, inappropriate, or violates the privacy rights or right of publicity of others.

As for myself, attending guests, and/or any minor, parent or guardian who is attending, I agree that Claybird Studio LLC (including its staff, employees and agents) can take and use photos, video and audio recordings of myself or the minor named in the registration for the limited purposes of marketing for Claybird Studio, LLC, which may be publicly available on the internet, without compensational obligation, and I hereby release Claybird Studio, LLC (including its staff, employees and agents) from any claims or liability resulting from their use of photos, videos and audio recordings. If I do not want photos, video or audio recordings of myself, attending guests, and/or any minor, parent or guardian who is attending to be used for marketing purposes for Claybird Studio, LLC, I will need to send a request in writing via email to info@claybirdstudio.com.
