By registering for or participating in activities at Claybird Studio, LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participant Photography

To help protect the privacy of all participants, I understand that neither I, my guests, nor any minor attending under my registration may photograph, video record, or otherwise record other participants, children, parents/guardians, instructors, staff, volunteers, or visitors without their express permission.

I further agree not to upload, publish, distribute, or share such images, videos, or recordings on social media, websites, or any other public or commercial platform without the consent of the individuals depicted.

If Claybird Studio determines that any photo, video, or recording violates this policy or the privacy rights of others, I agree to promptly remove or delete the content upon request.

Claybird Studio Photography

I grant Claybird Studio, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives permission to photograph, video record, or create audio recordings of me, my guests, and/or any minor registered under my account while participating in studio activities.

I understand these images and recordings may be used for educational, promotional, advertising, marketing, website, social media, print, and other business purposes without compensation.

I release Claybird Studio, LLC from any claims arising from the lawful use of such photographs, videos, or recordings.

If I do not wish for myself or a registered minor to appear in photographs or recordings used by Claybird Studio, LLC, I understand that I must notify the studio in writing by emailing info@claybirdstudio.com prior to participation. Claybird Studio will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests but cannot guarantee that incidental appearances in group photographs or videos can always be avoided.
