Claybird Studio: Participant Support & Accommodations

Claybird Studio is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of varying abilities and support needs. We are happy to discuss reasonable accommodations that may help a participant successfully and safely take part in our programs.

Please understand that our classes and workshops are group-learning environments. Instructors provide individual guidance as part of normal class instruction but cannot provide continuous one-on-one supervision, emotional or behavioral support, personal care, or individualized instruction to one participant at the expense of the group.

If a participant requires ongoing individualized assistance to participate safely or successfully, please contact Claybird Studio before registering whenever possible so we can discuss reasonable accommodations or support options. These may include having a parent, caregiver, or support person remain with the participant when appropriate, or considering another class format or private instruction.

If a minor becomes unable to safely or meaningfully participate during class and requires more individual support than the instructor can reasonably provide, a parent or guardian may be contacted and asked to assist or pick up the participant.

Our goal is to support each student while maintaining a safe, positive, and effective learning environment for everyone.
